The mission of All Together is to improve the quality of life of the community of Greater Williamsburg by bringing together people across racial, ethnic and cultural lines to communicate and engage in activities that foster unity, inclusiveness and equal opportunity. All Together provides opportunities for people to gather socially to exchange ideas and learn about one another. Through an annual scholarship for graduating high school seniors, we recognize students for their kindness and spirit of bridge-building.

AvalonAvalon Center works to end domestic and sexual violence by breaking the cycle of abuse through prevention, education, shelter and support services in the greater Williamsburg and Middle Peninsula areas of Virginia. By offering tools for safety, self-sufficiency and empowerment, Avalon helps break the cycle of abuse and build a stronger, healthier community.

Community of Faith Mission (COFM)Community of Faith Mission is a faith-based, non-governmental low barrier emergency shelter program which, through the efforts of volunteers, shall provide emergency shelter and food on a weekly basis from November through March for men, women, and families who are homeless in the greater Williamsburg, Virginia area.

Faith in ActionWFIA provides assistance with everyday tasks of life to seniors 60 and older, and chronically ill and disabled adults living in Williamsburg, James City County and the Bruton District of York County (Greater Williamsburg Area). Services include, but are not limited to: transportation, respite care, visiting, well-check calls, grocery shopping, light housekeeping, and yard work.

From His Hands
From His Hands is a Christian Ministry made up of churches and other caring groups in our community that serves meals to those in need in the Williamsburg & James City County area. Each week, partner organizations prepare homemade hot meals and put together microwaveable breakfast items and healthy snacks to deliver to homeless families and those in need of meals in the Williamsburg area.

Greater Wmbg Outreach Mission (GWOM)The Greater Williamsburg Outreach Mission (GWOM) is an incorporated coalition of faith groups committed to creating strategies, plans, and programs that will address the critical needs of the homeless or those at risk of becoming homeless. GWOM provides a faith-based, non-profit umbrella under which existing program expansions and new initiatives can be launched and developed in coordination with other community-based essential services available to the marginalized. Services address time sensitive needs such as food, clothing, and shelter, as well as long term needs including employment, addiction recovery, and financial counseling.

Latisha's HouseDedicated to helping women trapped in negative circumstances or exploited by the sex industry find their way home, Latisha's House provides a trauma informed safe house for victims of sex trafficking. Once safe, the ladies acquire the tools to live a healthy and productive life becoming survivor to no longer victims.

Daniel Scruggs is our musician- and drummer-in-residence at Williamsburg Baptist Church. Daniel is a world traveler and an avid instrument collector, with over 150 instruments from 6 continents. Daniel is a teacher and peacemaker, and frequently leads workshops and musical experiences in schools and organizations.

Walk the TalkThe Williamsburg Walk The Talk (WWTT) Mentoring Program is designed so that volunteer mentors can meet with mentees at the Virginia Peninsula Regional Jail (VPRJ) prior to their release to guide them in making preparations for their release and to be available for advice and moral support after release. The purpose is to encourage a smooth and successful transition from incarceration to finding a better quality of life in the greater Williamsburg area. The long-term objective is to reduce the jail’s recidivism rate.
