Offering alternative worship experiences in addition to the traditional eleven o'clock Sunday service.
Providing on-going training and support in communication and problem solving.
Enabling church members to discover their God-given gifts, develop them, and express them in lay ministry.
Encouraging church-sponsored "hands-on" mission outreach, e.g. ministry to shut-ins, Partnership Missions, assistance to organizations such as FISH, Avalon, Housing Partnership and tutoring services.
Developing and maintaining an effective outreach program - telling the Good News with love, to those who are not Christians and warmly inviting all to join our fellowship with special emphasis on young families, the college community, and others new to the Williamsburg area.
